This mushroom stew recipe is so easy to make and it tastes delicious. :)
Ingredients needed:
Directions: Step1. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and the garlic. Saute until the onion start to softener about 3 minutes. Step 2. Add the diced tomatoes, stir in it and then add the sliced mushrooms. Step 3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let the mixture come to a boil and continue to cook for a couple of minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve over the rice. Enjoy! :)
